Share your opinion on the quality of care at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute
If you are a patient or a caregiver / family member of a University of Ottawa Heart Institute (Heart Institute) patient, please take this short online survey to share your input in order to improve the quality of care and patient safety at the Heart Institute.
Results from the survey will inform the President of the Heart Institute Patient Alumni, who is your representative and voice on the Quality of Care Committee. The Quality of Care Committee (QoCC)’s purpose is to oversee and monitor the quality and safety of cardiac patient care at the UOHI and for cardiology service at the General Campus. Whenever needed, QoCC makes recommendations related to quality of care and patient safety. It is one of the ways that we make sure that we provide world-class care to our patients and the community. The patients’ voice is central to the Alumni’s contribution to the UOHI. The results of this survey will be presented at the January 2020 meeting of the UOHI Board of Directors. Thank you in advance for helping in our quest to continuously improve the patient experience and patient outcomes as part of the continuum of care. |
