| Amount | Ingredients | |
| One 540 ml can | Pinto or preferred beans, rinsed and drained | |
| 2 Tbsp | 15 g | Chia seeds |
| 1/3 cup | 20 g | Cooked quinoa |
| 3 Tbsp. | 30 g | Red pepper cut in 1/4” strips |
| ½ tsp. | 10 g | Fresh Cilantro or Italian Parsley |
| 1 cup | 30 g | Fresh green kale |
| 10 oz. | 20 g | Fresh spinach, washed, chopped and patted dry |
| 2 tsp | 10 g | Fruit Salad |
Combine all ingredients and toss.
