Patient Education Pamphlet
This patient education pamphlet entitled “You Are Having an Angiogram. You Have Treatment Choices” was made to help patients who are coming in from home for an elective angiogram. To prepare for their test and understand all of their treatment options. We are asking for patient’s opinions to see how well the pamphlet teaches patients the information and tell us how it can be improved.
