February is Heart Month.  Find out how you can participate!

Heart Month brings attention to the importance of cardiovascular health and what we can do to reduce our risk. It offers an opportunity for individuals, groups and businesses to take the lead in raising awareness and funds for the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. Donations raised during Heart Month fund equipment, patient care programs, research and education to help health professionals better understand, treat, and prevent heart disease. By supporting the Heart Institute during Heart Month and taking part in the activities that have been prepared, you will have a big impact on changing and saving lives in our community.
