Words cannot adequately express our appreciation for the dedication and commitment of the University of Ottawa Heart Institute (UOHI) staff through these unprecedented times. As the context of this pandemic unfolds around us, you have persevered with the daily work of the hospital and responded to the ever-evolving circumstances with resilience and courage.
As most of us know, while those who can do so are working from home, much of the hospital’s work must happen on site. Whether you’re going to work every day as a physician, surgeon, pharmacist, laboratory technician, physiotherapist, house keeper, cook or any other role that supports the ongoing work of the hospital, your contribution is vital to keeping this lifesaving institution operational and the difference you make in the lives of its patients is immeasurable. Thank you!
