Meet the Expert: Becoming a Patient Partner – November 26th, 2019

The University of Ottawa Patient Alumni Association invites you to its upcoming Meet the Expert*:

Becoming a Patient Partner

Featuring:
Sharon Finlay — Manager, Clinical Research Compliance and Support

Bonnie Bowes — Director, Quality, Risk and Privacy

Only patients have the personal experience needed to truly understand the effects of a diagnosis or condition. Patient Partners bring that insight to the work of the Heart Institute. Join us to learn how you can give back by working collaboratively with researchers, clinicians and other patients towards positive change, through sharing your experience of living with a heart condition.

The main speakers will be followed by a Q and A with the audience.

Tuesday, November 26th, 2019, 6 to 7:30 pm
