Ingredients:

  •  200 g cremini mushroom.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
  • 1/2 nutmeg.
  • 1 whole white onion chopped.
  • 1 tea spoon chopped italian parsely.
  • 2 tea spoon truffle oil.
  • 2 cups chicken broth.

Instruction:

Sautée the chopped onion, add cremini mushrooms, salt pepper and stir until soft then add chicken broth simmer for 20 minutes.

Blend, add the truffle oil and correct the seasoning.

Then serve.
